CMS eLearning System

This robust offering provides detailed training for companies with CAPP, CalWORKs or CCTR contracts. The platform provides an extensive catalog of courses available through a subscription, with individualized learning paths for each employee. Courses are interactive with pop quizzes, real-world scenarios, scored assessments, and downloadable worksheets for hands-on practice. A resource library is also available for reference. In addition to English, select courses are also available in Spanish. Organizations can also request the creation of custom courses to be added to the platform. An optional professional development learning library with courses from third-party experts can also be accessed from the CMS eLearning system, making the CMS eLearning system a one-stop interactive learning platform.

CMS Training Portal

This branded training portal or collection of portals provides an opportunity for organizations who need select training content customized and delivered to a specific audience, either inside or outside the organization. Similar to the eLearning portal, scored learning assessments can be used to ensure understanding, with performance tracked for each individual. Video content can be delivered in more than one language and segmented by audience. This solution is optimal for situations where an organization wants to ensure that employees or external stakeholders, such as families or childcare providers going through an orientation process, understand specifically targeted content and tracking of progress completion and confirmation of comprehension are needed.

CMS Learning Hub

For organizations who need a way to share important information with families, employees, or other key stakeholders, this branded broadcast portal provides a website learning hub where brief video content can be viewed, enabling broad communication to a key audience. Each learning hub is branded and customized to an organization’s specifications. This solution is designed for situations where a learning assessment and tracking of content understanding is not needed, such as helping Head Start parents better understand how 504 Plans and Individualized Education Program (IEPs) can help their child learn. Multiple versions of the CMS Learning Hub can be created if content is needed in more than one language.
