eLearning System

Our flagship product, the CMS eLearning system, is an online learning management system designed to inspire learning and increase organizational efficiency. The eLearning software is available as a custom-branded dashboard unique to your organization with an annual subscription featuring individual learning paths for your employees. Managers can receive learning reports on who has completed coursework, with scored assessments helping gauge understanding of each course topic.

New courses and additional curriculums are added regularly, and customized courses can be created and added depending on the needs of an organization. Additional capabilities and new products are being added on an on-going basis, all designed to help organizations work better and more productively.

Our individual courses include regulatory update courses, fundamentals courses and advanced courses, and, depending on the needs of an organization, unique, highly customized courses can also be developed and added to an organization’s learning dashboard.

Regulatory Update Courses

Regulatory Update courses are available to all users of the CMS eLearning system as part of the platform software subscription and are designed for employees needing to learn about new program requirements, regulatory changes and/or updated guidance from the California Department of Social Services.

Fundamentals Courses

Fundamentals courses are designed for those new to working with federal and state government programs such as the CAPP program, CalWORKs Stage 2, CalWORKs Stage 3, and CCTR those needing to learn about eligibility, need, managing case files, reimbursement, reporting and other program requirements.
Courses are also available to help organizations, schools and parents better support students with disabilities and understand the differences between 504 Plans and Individualized Education Program (IEPs).
General topics such as Fraud Awareness, or Data Privacy, Security and Confidentiality are also available. Professional development courses are also available across a wide variety of topics.
Many fundamentals courses are also bundled together in curriculum sets to create specific learning paths of key knowledge areas for those new to an organization.

Advanced Courses

Advanced courses are lengthier courses with a myriad of detailed examples and scenarios. Advanced courses are designed for experienced employees who are ready to learn more, with a much more comprehensive review of examples that more knowledgeable individuals might encounter.
The cloud-based CMS eLearning system is turned over to your organization already set up and fully implemented with a custom-branded dashboard with your logo ready for use. Your organization can get up and learning quickly as all users have their own dashboard view showing their assigned courses and managers have reporting for oversight of their team’s learning activity. No software coding or special experience needed!
