Why Choose Us

Founded in 2023, CMS was created with the goal of taking decades of expertise administering government childcare subsidy contracts for childcare and using that knowledge to develop customized tools and services to meet the needs of organizations. These organizations want to improve their operations so they can better serve families and children in their communities, but struggle with off-the-shelf solutions created by vendors who don’t know the work, and don’t understand the complexity of managing heavily regulated government programs subject to continually changing regulations.

Our solutions are based on a comprehensive understanding of the operational challenges these organizations face and best practices insights gained through deep experience working as part of Child Development, Inc. (known in the community as “Choices for Children”) providing subsidized childcare enrollment services for Santa Clara County and Stanislaus County families and childcare providers for more than 40 years.
